Any inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful content will not be tolerated and may lead to your account being suspended or terminated. (e) If you opt to participate in any offers, products, or services provided by USA debt, you are responsible for managing your subscription and any associated payments. You should promptly update your account information to ensure continuous access to services and notifications regarding your account. (f) You agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, including those concerning privacy and data handling practices. Our services focus on offering debt relief options such as settlement and consolidation, and we will never ask you for upfront payments.

Be cautious of any third parties claiming to be USA Debt for collection purposes. By fulfilling these responsibilities, you ensure that you benefit fully from USA Debt’s offerings, including access to expert advice, financial tools, and debt relief programs tailored to your unique needs.

LIABILITY RESTRICTIONS

You explicitly agree and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, USA debt will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses (even if USA Debt has been informed of the potential for such damages), arising from: (i) your ability or inability to use the Service; (ii) the costs of obtaining substitute services due to data, information, or services purchased, messages received, or transactions made through the Service; (iii) unauthorized access or modification of your transmissions or data; (iv) the actions or behavior of third parties on the Service; or (v) any other issue related to the Service.

CONTENT REWRITING AND AUTOMATIC CONTENT REPOSTING

USA Debt prohibits third parties from repurposing (either automatically or manually) any content, including articles, posts, publications, blogs, and other materials found on its website, without prior written consent from senior management. USA debt will enforce its copyright and intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, taking action against infringers. However, it is allowed to quote up to 45 words from a single article for discussion purposes, provided the quoted text links back to the full article on www.usadebt.online.

CONTENT SUBMITTED TO THE SERVICE

USA Debt does not claim ownership of the content you provide, including data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials, whether through feedback, suggestions, or by posting, uploading, or submitting content to any USA Debt site or service for public viewing. DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION/WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION

In the event that you have violated or threatened to violate USA Debt's intellectual property rights, US Debt Management Issuers LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court with proper jurisdiction. The arbitrator’s award will be binding, subject to review in accordance with applicable statutes, rules, and regulations governing arbitration awards, and may be entered as a judgment in any court with competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration shall be joined to any arbitration involving another party subject to these terms and conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

You have the right to opt out of this Agreement to Arbitrate. If you choose to do so, neither you nor we will be required to engage in arbitration. To opt out, you must send a written notification within 30 days of your first use of this Site under these arbitration terms or any modifications to them.
